MMMMmmmm Berry Crumble - with Blackberries, Raspberries & Blueberries!
Poor Taz is all tuckered out! He's going to miss dessert!
You will need:
4 ramekins
*Preheat oven to 350
Berries:
3 cups of mixed berries (I used blackberries, raspberries & blueberries)
1/4 granulated sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
Crumble Topping:
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tbsp granulated sugar
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 cup oats
4 tbsp butter
Add all the topping ingredients to a food processor. The butter should be cold and chop it into chunks before you add it. Pulse everything until it comes together.
It will look like a very crumbly dough...
Divide the berry mixture into the four ramekins. They should be about 1/2 way full - maybe a little more. (There should be a lot of the sugar left in the bowl - you can add some of it to each ramekin, but the berries should be coated enough). Then add the topping mixture. Ahhhhh... look at these babies in the oven! I almost can't wait!
Bake them for 35 minutes at 250 - Be careful when these are done though, the ramekins are very hot, and the bubbling berry goodness is also super hot!
I think you should have this with a nice, big scoop of vanilla ice cream!!!! ENJOY!
